"I have been working out with Caleb Williams since October 2005. I can’t describe how much he has helped me with baseball and all my other activities. I have done speed and weight training with him, which dropped my 40 yd dash time by over 2 seconds!! In my first month with him I shed almost 20 lbs of fat, dropping from 183 lbs to 164 lbs. Since then I have regained more than that in solid muscle. I started with max lifts of 225 lb squat, 85 lb bench, and a 65 lb power clean. "Mostly, I don’t pay any attention to testimonials. I like salt on my BS. "Results not typical" the fine print usually reads. Not so this testimonial!
In the physical self control/motivation category I’d probably rate on the ultra-low side. It was not my decision to make a change at 50-yrs and 245 lbs. Rather it was my son and wife who "suggested" that I visit Caleb. The fact that my family and kids had so eloquently labeled me "old lard-ass" had nothing to do with it. I knew that exercising and strength training would be fun and stimulating. (Note sarcasm) The plan was to go for a few weeks and then find some excuse as to why I didn’t have time or I was too tired after workouts to go to work. I’d find some good reason. My mind was made up that I wasn’t going to like this. That was 7-months ago!
I found Caleb to be a rock solid and soft spoken young man. It was hard for me to believe that this guy was the "World Champion" and could lift, squat and bench press over 6-times his own weight. That was until I saw him do it! I have since developed incredible respect for what this guy has done and will do. He quickly assessed my attitude the situation and my physical condition or lack thereof to develop a program. I just knew this guy was going to kill me. I was prepared to die.
In the beginning Caleb was probably easy on me. I warned him that I don’t like to sweat, am allergic to pain and that my best friend is a very fine attorney. Workouts were made hard but not too hard. Caleb has developed a sense of just how hard to push. I did find out that I can sweat and though I am usually not in pain during workouts there are a few days that I "hurt like hell" afterwards. Nothing that I can’t tolerate and I don’t tolerate much. Workouts are never the same each time and the mix keeps things from getting boring. Good conversation and distraction make the sessions go by quickly. At the end of the first month I decided that I would not quit! After all, I could quit anytime.
Here it is some 7-months later and I have learned much. Without a trainer most of us will not always show, push or do what we should. All trainers do not take a personal interest. Perfect programs like perfect clothes must be custom tailored to the individual and few trainers have truly superior knowledge and skills to accomplish this. Few trainers can keep you interested even when you are not personally motivated.
It is my pleasure to recommend a young man that holds my utmost respect and friendship for saving my life and taking a personal interest in making me better. I now look and feel like a different person. Though I still have a significant way to go I know that I am in good hands and will achieve my goals. Thanks Caleb!"

"Less than one year ago I began training with Caleb and even though I have remained fairly active throughout my life, at the age of 46 I found myself in the need of motivation to 'face the gym' every day.
After shaking off the initial rust, Caleb then designed a training program that combines strength training, core training and aerobic training to accommodate my goals of becoming a more fit mid-forties man looking to return to the look and feel of a 30ish man.
Even though the training facility Caleb works out of could be viewed as a “muscle head gym”, Caleb never approaches his subjects in that manner. "I started working with Caleb about 2 months ago and have already seen amazing results. I’m in the U.S.Navy and am Forward Deployed so I never have much time to train on land, probably about 3 months at the most. He customized my workouts to account for this. Since I’ve been training with him I now don't lose strength even when we're gone for about 2 months. With every workout, no matter what the amount of weight was , I'd get a pump . I really think I started to see results in about a week. I noticed an immediate speed and power increase. When it was time to add the heavy weight, power, speed, and drive automatically kicked in. My lifts before working with Caleb were around 507 squat, 303 bench, and a 540 deadlift. I’m now around a 590 squat, 360 bench, and a 610 deadlift!!!
