When you are serious enough about improving your performance to utilize professional coaching and assistance you are much more likely to be consistent, motivated, and make the gains that you have always dreamed about.

There are thousands of so-called “experts” out there who would love to make a quick buck by giving you a one-time workout which they will never follow-up on, never offer you ongoing support through your training, and therefore, waste your time and never gain your respect or continued business. And after all of that…you are in the same place that you started!! How many of these “experts” actually practice what they preach? Can we really understand what it takes without sharing your blood, sweat and tears? The answer is NO! What makes my program different from all the others? I will tell you who I am and how I can benefit you:

I have dedicated myself to the fitness and strength training industry for over 10 years. I have also been a competitive powerlifter for 11 years. I am an ISSA (International Sports Science Association) Certified Professional Trainer and work with clients everyday to help them achieve their athletic and fitness goals. I have won 10 Powerlifting National Championships and have been crowned the International Powerlifting Federation World Champion on 2 separate occasions in the 148 lb weight class. My personal best lifts are a 694 lb squat, 474 lb bench press and a 600 lb deadlift for a 1752 lb total (combination of all 3 lifts). All of this was done drug-free. I am a lifetime natural--no banned or illegal supplements--and drug free competitor and trainer. I am living proof that with the proper training and nutrition program you can achieve anything that you set your mind to…without the use of performance enhancing drugs!

How can I benefit you and your training? Throughout my competitive career I have experimented with just about every program known to man. I have done all of the endless hours of research to learn the intricate details of many different programs and methods. I even went as far as to put the time in to test drive each program to derive the best aspects of each and combined them to save you time and provide you with the best possible program to help you on your road to Peak Performance. Reading all of the literature is great and gives you a vast knowledge base. But how do you filter through all of the articles in every magazine and the wealth of information on the internet? It can be brutal and get very confusing. The only way is to take what you have learned and put it into practice. I have learned from experience -- the only true way to gain knowledge -- which programs are effective and who they will benefit.

How the program works:

First, indicate what category that you best fit into by clicking on a link at the bottom of the page: Sport-Specific Training, Powerlifting or Physical Fitness. This will direct you to the packages. Select the package which suits your needs and commitment level. This will take you through the 100% secure purchase process. When I receive your order, I will email you a detailed questionnaire that will supply me with all of the information I need to design your program and get you started on the road to reaching your Peak Performance. Once you return the questionnaire it will take me no more than 6 days to email you your personalized program that will put you on your way to Peak Performance.

Why does it take 6 days to get your program? The reason is that I analyze all of your information and piece it together to give you the best program you can get. Your program will be designed with your goals, time constraints, equipment you have access to and all of the other areas covered in the questionnaire. The workouts will be difficult but they will change to keep them fun and interesting. If you commit to a program that includes multiple months, I will design 1 month at a time. Doing this is a benefit to you because it allows your program to be adjusted every month to accommodate the progress you will make.

When you decide to start a program you will get unlimited email access to me throughout your training. I will be available to answer any questions you may have and will always get back to you in a timely manner. This feature alone is a valuable asset to your progress and is worth the price of the program alone. A personalized nutrition program is available to add onto your training program or as a separate entity and is utilized by many clients. A nutrition program will amplify your workouts and increase your results.

In the physical self control/motivation category I’d probably rate on the ultra-low side. It was not my decision to make a change at 50-yrs and 245 lbs. Rather it was my son and wife who “suggested” that I visit Caleb at PPT. The fact that my family and kids had so eloquently labeled me “old lard-ass” had nothing to do with it. I knew that exercising and strength training would be fun and stimulating. (Note sarcasm) The plan was to go for a few weeks and then find some excuse as to why I didn’t have time or I was too tired after workouts to go to work. I’d find some good reason. My mind was made up that I wasn’t going to like this. That was 7-months ago!
I found Caleb to be a rock solid and soft spoken young man. It was hard for me to believe that this guy was the “World Champion” and could lift, squat and bench press over 6-times his own weight. That was until I saw him do it! I have since developed incredible respect for what this guy has done and will do. He quickly assessed my attitude the situation and my physical condition or lack thereof to develop a program. I just knew this guy was going to kill me. I was prepared to die.
In the beginning Caleb was probably easy on me. I warned him that I don’t like to sweat, am allergic to pain and that my best friend is a very fine attorney. Workouts were made hard but not too hard. Caleb has developed a sense of just how hard to push. I did find out that I can sweat and though I am usually not in pain during workouts there are a few days that I “hurt like hell” afterwards. Nothing that I can’t tolerate and I don’t tolerate much. Workouts are never the same each time and the mix keeps things from getting boring. Good conversation and distraction make the sessions go by quickly. At the end of the first month I decided that I would not quit! After all, I could quit anytime.
Here it is some 7-months later and I have learned much. Without a trainer most of us will not always show, push or do what we should. All trainers do not take a personal interest. Perfect programs like perfect clothes must be custom tailored to the individual and few trainers have truly superior knowledge and skills to accomplish this. Few trainers can keep you interested even when you are not personally motivated.
